Then, we add chorizo from Holiday Sausage out of Cleveland, Ohio, roasted pepitas, and ginger. This one gets finished with house made pumpkin spread and maple vinaigrette made from local maple syrup. Served with chips and slaw.

The Sweet Me Off My Feet Burger This week's burger starts on a toasted brioche bun topped with fresh spinach and house maple and black bean sweet potato hash. Then, we add a 1/3lbs chuck/short rib/brisket patty from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch(or vegetarian Impossible Burger), roasted poblano, and pepper jack cheese. This one gets finished with chipotle mustard, bacon, and served with a side of our signature slaw. Pair it with a draft for just $4 more!

The Ryan of Green Gables Burger This week's burger starts on a toasted brioche bun topped with fresh spinach and bourbon, brown sugar caramelized onions. Then we add a 1/3lb brisket/short rib/chuck patty from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch(or a vegetarian Impossible Burger), and a 3 cheese blend of provolone, swiss, and havarti. This one gets finished with house white garlic sauce, and served with chips and au jus. Pair it with a draft for just $4 more!
